    Event Space Rental — $100/hour

    EVENT SPACE BOOKING TERMS & THINGS TO KNOW

    Please review the following before booking. By completing your reservation and payment, you agree to these terms.

    YOUR BOOKING

    Maximum Capacity: 75 guests

    Your booked time includes everything — setup, decorating, your event, breakdown, and cleanup.

    Please book enough time to accommodate your entire event from arrival through departure.

    Booking Hours:
    Quantity 1 = 1 hour
    Quantity 4 = 4 hours
    Quantity 5 = 5 hours, etc.

    Additional time is subject to availability.

    BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

    A $250 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your date.

    Your reservation is not confirmed until the required payment has been completed.

    Cancellations within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the full rental amount.

    If we must cancel your event because of an emergency or circumstances that prevent us from providing the space, payments made toward the rental will be refunded.

    SETUP & CLEANUP

    Your rental time must include setup and cleanup.

    Before leaving, please:

    • Remove all decorations and personal belongings

    • Bag and remove all trash

    • Remove food and beverages

    • Return furniture to its original layout

    • Leave the space reasonably clean

    • Make sure all guests and vendors leave by your scheduled end time

    Overtime is $150 per hour or partial hour.

    SPACE RULES

    To keep the space clean, safe, and ready for every guest:

    • No smoking or vaping indoors
    • No illegal activity
    • No glitter or confetti
    • No nails, screws, staples, or permanent wall fixtures
    • No open flames except approved candles
    • No smoke or fog machines unless approved
    • No excessively loud music
    • No excessive partying or disorderly conduct
    • No exceeding the 75-person capacity

    Please contact us in advance if you're unsure whether a decoration, activity, or setup is allowed.

    DAMAGE & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

    The person making the reservation is responsible for their guests, vendors, and activities during the event.

    You may be charged for:

    • Property damage
    • Excessive cleaning
    • Missing or damaged items
    • Overtime
    • Violations that result in additional costs

    Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.

    ID REQUIREMENT

    A valid government-issued photo ID may be required before the event.

    The person who books the space must be present during the event and is responsible for their guests and vendors.

    LIABILITY

    Guests attend and use the space at their own risk.

    The person making the reservation assumes responsibility for their event, guests, vendors, and personal property brought into the space.

    To the extent permitted by law, the renter agrees to hold harmless Minuteman Press Philadelphia, Jude Arijaje, and Mejire Arijaje from claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the space, except where caused by negligence or unlawful conduct of the party seeking protection.
